Join us for Cork Open Day, a special community event designed to bring people together through books, board games, conversation, and shared experiences in one of Cork City’s most beautiful locations.
Whether you’re new to Cork, looking to meet new people, enjoy a good book, play games, or simply relax with a coffee while taking in the spectacular city views, this event is for you.
Everyone is welcome, and there is no pressure to participate in every activity. Come along, enjoy the atmosphere, and connect with others at your own pace.

Bring your favourite book and enjoy a peaceful outdoor reading session. Afterwards, participants are welcome to share book recommendations and discuss what they’re currently reading.
🎲 Board Games
Enjoy a selection of fun and easy-to-play board games designed to encourage conversation, laughter, and meeting new people.
☕ Coffee & Social Gathering
Take time to relax, enjoy a coffee or your favourite drink, and connect with people from different backgrounds in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
🤝 Meet New People
Whether you come alone or with friends, our goal is to create a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable making new connections.

Bell’s Field offers one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Cork City—an ideal setting to relax, unwind, and enjoy a summer evening.

• Participation in activities is completely optional.
• Please help us keep Bell’s Field clean by taking any rubbish home or using the bins provided.
• Dogs are welcome if they are kept under control and owners clean up after them.
